100 Great Movie Insults

**video language warning**

No surprises here: I expected to see Kevin “Otto” Kline, Monty Python, John Malkovich, Al Pacino, Les Grossman (i.e Tom Cruise), and they all appeared. What’s perhaps most interesting is among all the expletives, one of my favourites is still Buzz Lightyear’s, “You’re a sad, strange little man. You have my pity.”

As with lists of this nature, I wondered what lines were left out. I would’ve liked to see some more females, too. Bette Davis? Mae West? Whoopi Goldberg? Shirley MacLaine? (Practically the entire cast of Steel Magnolias, for that matter.)

What do you think?

The video sounds good- I wish that I would be able to watch it on my computer at work! They ban all the good stuff.

I’ve seen it now and totally worth it- sure, there was some profanity but the boy and I were both laughing out loud at how funny some of them were. I particularly liked how the wizard from the wizard of oz was slotted in there. A bit disappointed that they cut out the best bits of Jamie Lee Curtis’ put down in Wanda- “i’ve worn dresses with higer iq’s- artistotle was not belgian.”
