What I’m Reading in February

February 8, 2010

This ‘what am I reading?’ post ought to have been easy enough. I’ve done many, many before. The difference on this occasion was that our ginger-haired cat wanted to be the star.

So, I give you Whiskers… and some books.

Kitteh sniffing

This looks interesting

Kitteh loving

Oh, I think I like these

 I investigate
There appears to be more in here…

I sniff you

Now if I could just fit my head in…

I roll on you

Dammit I can’t! So I will roll around frustratedly…

I EAT YOU!

Before I decide to EAT THE BAG IN REVENGE!

The end.

I loved Cusk’s Arlington Park. I have taken (probably that very copy) The Lucky Ones out of the library twice, but never get round to reading it (only because I have a bad habit of taking out more books than I can reasonably expect to get through).

I can’t go to the library at the moment. They have lost a book of mine, and say I lost it and the idea of dealing with it fills me with sour lethargy.

I’ve read stuff white people like. I found it funny- especially when they’d reference things I like (eg Arrested Development- ‘have a few orange dvd’s on your display case and everyone will think you have great taste in tv’) (I’m paraphrasing).

Yes, Penni, I had a similar experience when I went in and was All Prepared To Fight The Library… except it turned out the book I’d said I returned, I hadn’t. It was at home in R’s room. Oops :(

‘Stuff’ is very funny. I must write a post about my fav bits, shelly.
