Well done. By the way, the chords to 'Love is all around' that i was telling you about are:
For the verses: D, E minor, G, A7. 4 downstrums for each chord, 4/4 time.
For the chorus: G, E minor, G, D, G, E minor, G, A7.
Trust me, look up the chords- they are super easy. Some chords are tough but these ones are easy and then the song sound really good.

Great job! And I didn't notice any screaming in the background. Well, except what was going on at my house. :)

I have the same fingernail habit, but it didn't help me on guitar in the least. I expect it's more to do with 36 years of piano playing. My wrists don't want to turn upside down like that.

Great playing. I have often romanticised about playing a guitar so that I could sit around the campfire and have sing-alongs, then I remember that I most definitely can NOT sing.

As for moving house, I am probably the wrong person to ask as I am the worlds biggest advocate of small yards. As a result of a small yard, I spend heaps of time in local parks with the kids. Sometimes I play with the kids or meet up with friends, but most often I take along the laptop or a book and relax as they play. If we had the space for backyard cricket and tree climbing at home, I would end up inside being all domestic. I would rather be outside where I can't see the bomb site we call home! Also, I love moving, but I have no plans for a while yet.

del's last blog post..Proximidade
