Good ideas, tash. I get the sleep and the multis. Weekends are when I do try to fit in work as I never get to during the week. Such a juggle, eh?

Janet - I hope they do then for your sake.

JLP - yes, not a bad day for her was it?

I know what you mean. I haven't felt good since I got pregnant in 2003. Pregnancy was awful, then it was sleep-deprivation, pregnancy again, more sleep deprivation, the onset of rhematoid arthritis which destroyed my immune system, so now I get everything that's floating around the ionosphere. I'd be willing to pay $100 for a bit of relief. No naturopaths around here though. I have a feeling that if the kids ever start sleeping through the night things will improve a lot.

As you know, I work in a man's world, run two companies (both i wouldn't call small) and have two small kids and a household to run. My mum only on the weekend told me in no uncertain terms 'who would want your life?'. Me - unfortunately.

The morale of this story, is after 18 months of being run down and constantly sick. I sat down and did a health management plan for me which is: -

* 8 hours consistant sleep, even if some days i come in late to achieve it.
* where ever possible weekends are sacred and its for my kids
* multi v & iron tablets are mandatory
and it goes on...

It has worked and I feel like i can take on anything the world can throw at me and this year it's taken aim and throwing a lot. Also my body tells me really quick if I am not following the rules. LOL

Anyway - food for thought I hope.
