I can serve a seafood, rib and so forth barbie rather than a roast with all the trimmings when its too hot for most sane people to be eating that sort of meal. I love being in control (He He) Love doing it my way and alas next year we will be heading off to invade others buts thats cool too because by the end of the couple of days I will be ready to commit to a break.
