On my 40th birthday I was organsing a bog 'do' and my daughter had to go to Grandma's. Not impressed. She handed me a note which read "I am runin awa from hom." (sic) Glad you enjoyed Phantom. Sounds like you had a wonderful time... I always feel really self conscious when I have some kind of "grown up" outing too, although it's been a while since we've been out to a nice restaurant in the big city - it's going to be kid-friendly establishments only for a while yet :( You'll just have to go out again soon, wouldn't want that lovely dress to go to waste - how about an elegant birthday or wedding anniversary dinner?
